Payment Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds after a payment has been processed. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period, but the amount paid is non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a technical failure or serious error on our part, please contact us. Such cases will be reviewed individually.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Paddle. Astraten AI does not store card details. For payment-related issues, contact Paddle support.
