We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and birth profile data (birth date, time, city, country). We also collect usage data such as chat history and compatibility reports generated within the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, generate personalized astrology interpretations, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Retention periods vary by data type: birth profile data is kept until you delete your account; chat history is automatically deleted after 2 days; saved readings are kept for 24 hours; public share links expire 2 days after creation.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Gemini (for AI-generated content), DodoPayments (for payment processing), and Supabase (for database and authentication). These services process your data on infrastructure located outside Georgia, under their own security standards. Each has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
5. Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication purposes to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
At any time you can request: access to your data and a copy of it; correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; full deletion of your account and all associated data; export of your data; and objection to or restriction of how we process it. Just contact us to do so.
7. Children's Privacy
Astraten AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
