Payment Policy

1. Subscription Plans & Cancellations
Premium is available as a weekly ($2.99/week) or monthly ($4.99/month) plan. Each renews automatically at the end of its period (weekly or monthly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again after that.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds after a payment has been processed. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period, but the amount paid is non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a technical failure or serious error on our part, please contact us. Such cases will be reviewed individually.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through DodoPayments. Astraten AI does not store card details. For payment-related issues, contact DodoPayments support.
